We have been providing premier ground transportation in Acadiana Courier, Lafayette for years.

Basic Rates:
- Sunday - Thursday $95.00 per hour.
- Friday-Saturday $150.00 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours for weddings
- Prom Rates: $180.00 per hour.
Debit Cards / Credit Cards
This is the more convenient way to pay your deposits and balances because this transaction may be done over the phone. You may also use this option when paying less than 7 business days before your charter. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. As an added feature for our customers we also accept payments via paypal.
Cash
Cash will be accepted as a deposit or to pay a balance. If you are paying your deposit with cash, you must make an appointment to bring it in to our office and your charter will be booked on site. If you are paying your balance in cash you may bring it by the office anytime before your charter by appointment.
Refund Policy
If you have reserved your charter with a minimum retainer, please keep in mind that your retainer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. It can be transferred to another date. If you need to change the date of your charter, it must be within one year of the date that you originally booked the charter for. If you paid for your charter in full and up front, you will NOT receive a refund, but you can use it till a year. If there is an error on your charter due to fault of Acadiana Courier LLC, management will discuss with you the appropriate amount of that refund. Refunds will be given in the form in which they are received.

Basic Out of Town Packages
Consists of 5 Dedicated Hours of Service, Travel Time to Get the Limousine to and from your area will be deducted from the 5 hours (i.e. if it takes 1 hour to your location from Lafayette and 1 hour back 2 hours will be deducted and that will leave you with 3 hours of dedicated service) Additional Hours Can be Purchased.
